Francois David Human started his career in 1997 at Avondale Toyota as Apprentice and loved Engines from a very young age collecting car magazines and brochures. He clamed the ladder very quickly at Avondale Toyota and became Workshop Foreman the day after he passed his trade test. He worked at Avondale Toyota until 2008 April 11 years of Service. Francois was approached by Bob Cameron Smith in 2008 April to join the Rutherford Marine Team who is the Distributors of Mercury, Mercruiser and Quicksilver. Francois quickly mastered the Mercury, Mercruiser products with his love and passion for Engines. Francois was trained in Dubai on numerous training sessions by Ziad Feghali ,Pierre Nakhoul Mercury Racing representatives, Chris Dudunski from Mercury USA. Francois has strong believe in practice Kaizen ( Continuous improvement ) and that is what Boat Buddy is made of Boat Buddy was Established January 2024 and officially opened doors in April 2024 We don’t just specialize in the Mercury product we have a passion for the Mercury product my Blood is Black.
